Upon arrival, the room was very warm, but it turned out to be really nice. However, it remained dirty, and there was a lack of extra toilet paper and tissues. The service was overall diligent and helpful, except for one older female employee during my checkout. The location was perfect for my work with nearby restaurants, shopping areas, and friendly staff. The facilities seemed adequate but lacked some attention to detail.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were nice and clean with a king bed and a pull-out couch, though they could use more privacy for the French doors. The service was top-notch, with staff always there for us and going out of their way to make us and our dog feel welcome. The location was lovely, convenient to shopping centers and food chain stores. The dining experience was mixed, with a limited variety offered each day. Overall, a great stay with a few minor issues to note.
